Whole-body care, for moms and athletes alike
Every visit is one-on-one. Not sure where to start? An initial evaluation is the right first step for most new clients.
Pelvic Floor Dysfunction
Symptoms
Urgency, frequency, incomplete emptying, pressure, or pain — often from muscles that are too tight, too weak, or poorly coordinated.
What treatment looks like
Down-training and strengthening, breath and pressure management, manual therapy, and a targeted home program.
Who it's for
Anyone with bladder, bowel, or pelvic symptoms that interfere with daily life.
Postpartum Recovery
Symptoms
Core weakness, leakage, heaviness, painful intimacy, or simply not feeling 'right' weeks to years after birth.
What treatment looks like
Core and pelvic floor reconnection, diastasis recti screening, scar care, and a graded return to exercise and lifting.
Who it's for
New and not-so-new parents ready to rebuild — whether you're 6 weeks or 6 years postpartum.
Pelvic Pain
Symptoms
Pain with sitting, intimacy, tampon use, or exercise; tailbone, hip, or low-abdominal pain.
What treatment looks like
Gentle manual therapy, nervous-system down-training, mobility, and strategies to calm and retrain sensitive tissue.
Who it's for
Anyone living with persistent or activity-related pelvic pain.
Organ Prolapse
Symptoms
Heaviness, bulging, or pressure in the vagina, often worse by the end of the day or with lifting.
What treatment looks like
Pelvic support strategies, pressure management, strengthening, and load-management coaching so you can stay active.
Who it's for
Those managing prolapse who want to move and lift with confidence.
Urinary Leakage
Symptoms
Leaking with coughing, sneezing, jumping, running, or lifting — or strong, sudden urges.
What treatment looks like
Coordination and strength training, urge-management techniques, and load-specific work for sport and lifting.
Who it's for
Anyone who leaks during daily life or training. Common — but very treatable.
Athlete & Orthopedic Rehab
Symptoms
Leaking under load, pelvic pressure when lifting, or hip, low-back, and core pain that limits training.
What treatment looks like
Orthopedic assessment, bracing and breathing mechanics, and clinical-Pilates-informed strength work tailored to your sport.
Who it's for
Powerlifters, runners, and active people who want to train hard without breaking down.
Jaw & TMJ Pain
Symptoms
Jaw clicking or locking, facial and jaw tension, headaches, or difficulty chewing and opening wide.
What treatment looks like
Hands-on therapy for the jaw and neck, posture work, and targeted exercises to calm pain and restore movement.
Who it's for
Anyone living with jaw pain, TMJ dysfunction, or related tension headaches.
